In the past five years our staff has provided civil plan review services for over 15 cities and special districts in Northern California. Having served as Resident Engineers for various public agencies, we're aware of the varied plan review issues you face and know how to solve them. Our plan checkers typically serve as an extension of your staff to review plans and calculations submitted by the developer for approval. We'll review your plans and calculations for elements of grading, drainage, street improvements, water line distribution, and sanitary sewer improvements along with subdivision map review.
